Terms governing use of the Appdatasphere website and engagement of our audit services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://appdatasphere.digital or commissioning services from Appdatasphere, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.

3. Website information

Content on this website is for general information about our engagements and fees. It does not constitute an audit opinion, assurance report, or formal advice until an engagement letter is signed and fieldwork is completed under that letter.

4. Engagements

Audit and review work is governed by a separate engagement letter stating scope, fees, timetable, and deliverables. These website Terms do not replace that letter. Where the letter and these Terms conflict on engagement matters, the letter prevails.

5. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Appdatasphere or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Findings packs delivered under an engagement belong to the client for internal use; Appdatasphere retains working-paper ownership except where the engagement letter states otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false contact details, or use our contact channels to send unlawful or harassing material.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Appdatasphere is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Liability arising from professional engagements is limited as set out in the applicable engagement letter and applicable professional standards. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date of posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
