Audit fees at Appdatasphere are quoted as fixed amounts for a defined scope wherever possible. We do not sell monthly software subscriptions or seat licences — you commission fieldwork and a findings pack.

Cash Disbursement Audit
From HKD 48,000
Single Hong Kong entity, one twelve-month period, moderate payment volume. Includes scoping, fieldwork, clearance, and the final findings pack.
Vendor Payment Review
From HKD 28,000
Defined accounts payable window with sample testing and an exception schedule. Volume and vendor count drive the final figure.
Petty Cash Verification
From HKD 9,800
Per location visit set, including count, voucher review, and a short management note. Multi-branch calendars are priced as a package.
What changes the estimate

Deposits and billing
A 30% mobilisation deposit is invoiced on engagement letter signature. The balance is due on delivery of the final findings pack. Interim billing may apply on multi-entity programmes lasting more than eight weeks.
What we do not charge for
Scoping calls of up to forty-five minutes, and a single revision of the draft exception schedule after management comments, sit inside the quoted fee unless the comment cycle expands scope.
